Group Exercise-Qi Gong and Tone
This specialized class achieves all three: tone-detress-relax. Too tired to exercise after a long day? Try this program instead. The warm up phase of the class begins with a combination of breathing, Qi Gong and other oriental derived movements to energize and destress you. The next phase is a series of exercises in a relaxed atmosphere that strengthens and tones the muscles. This is
followed by some more oriental-themed movements to cool down and clear lactic acid from the muscles created by the toning movements. After some easy stretching, the class closes with a relaxation meditation. Also ideal for weight loss
